How long does my order take to ship?

Every product is made from scratch, by hand. We aim to ship within 3 business days (often sooner) and we’ll email tracking as soon as it’s on the way. Handcrafted = fresh—thank you for a tiny bit of patience!

What are your shipping rates?

• Free Shipping on orders $50+ within the 48 contiguous United States.

• Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate of $6.95–$19.95, depending on size and weight.

• Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. military addresses (APO/FPO) do not qualify for free shipping and will ship via USPS at calculated rates.

Yes we ship International!

• We currently ship to Canada, UK & EU Core, Australia & New Zealand, Asia Select, and Rest of World via Economy (DDU).

• Typical transit: 7–21 business days (varies by destination).

• Duties/Taxes (DDU): Your country may collect import VAT, duties, and handling fees on arrival. These are not included at checkout and are paid by the recipient.

How will I know my order shipped?

You’ll get a tracking email the moment your package leaves our studio. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.

My package says delivered but it’s missing - help!

Start by checking with neighbors and your local post office/UPS. If it’s still missing after 48 hours, email us at Ritualandrebel@yahoo.com with your order number.

What is your return policy? 

Skincare & body products: For safety, unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

1. Opened or used items can’t be returned.

2. Sale/clearance items are final sale.
